Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange Window

At Maison Chérie, every piece is crafted with care, and your satisfaction is deeply valued. We offer a 10-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

If your piece does not fit as expected or does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or store credit within this period.
Please note: Customised and made-to-order creations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item(s) must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be returned in their original box, with proof of purchase

  • Show no signs of alteration, stains, fragrance, or make-up marks

Items that fail to meet our quality standards will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Exchange Options

  • Size Exchange: You may request an alternate size via the Orders section of your account. After pickup and successful quality check, the correct size will be dispatched.

  • Product Exchange / Store Credit:

    • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may select an alternative product of equal value, or

    • Receive a Maison Chérie store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Damages & Issues

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly notify us within 2 days of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

Exchange & Refund Process

  1. Log in to your account and visit the Orders section.

  2. Select the relevant order and click Request Exchange/Refund.

  3. We will provide pickup details and arrange collection from your doorstep.

Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only in the form of store credits or as an exchange for another garment of equal value.

  • In all cases, logistics and handling costs will be deducted.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
